Most jobs are ready within 2 to 4 working days. Simple hems can often be done same-day, and rush or same-day service is available for a small fee. You'll see an estimated date the moment I write up your ticket.
Walk-ins are welcome during my opening hours, but booking a fitting means I keep time aside just for you, no waiting, and a proper measure. You can book in seconds from the Contact page.
When you drop off a garment I create a ticket and link it to your phone number. Download the app, and you'll see live status, photos, itemised pricing and a direct message thread straight to me.
I offer a free re-fit on any alteration within 14 days. Bring it back, and I'll adjust it until it sits exactly as it should, that's the whole point.
Yes. Bridal, silk, beaded and vintage pieces are some of my favourite work. I book these in as a dedicated fitting so I can give them the time and care they deserve.
